Bali Zoo was the perfect family outing without bring too much. The setting is lush and green so quite sheltered from the sun and midday heat. We decided on the lunch 5 hour package which included an hour trip each way from our hotel, 2 hours touring the zoo and an hour for lunch and animal photos. I went to the Bali Safari and Marine Park with a friend and expected a lot from it. Luckily we could pay the local price for the entrance since we work here on Bali and brought our Kitas. Around $10 instead of $30. Entering the park it looks al really new and nice. The atmosphere was good. However for every single thing you had to pay extra.
